Subject bug in mod_proxy

I'm not sure whether the HTML form worked; it was sitting 
"waiting" for an awful long time...

"Expires" isn't parsed properly.

BTW, I wondered if it was feasible/reasonable to parse 
META HTTP_EQUIV="expires" so that people could easily manage
Expires in their own files. Oh well, there's always the CERN
MetaDir you've added ...
