     'Multi-threaded' means
     multiple kernel threads in a single process, at least, that's what it
     means to the vast majority of programmers.

In that case, all the people out there who are doing threaded code
using user-mode threaded Java implementations (the only kind that
exist on Unix platforms), or using any of several user-mode threaded
libraries, are all "not doing threads".  Perhaps you should go tell
