I guess I wasn't clear enough.

What I meant was can people use DIRECTORYINDEX, as well as DirectoryIndex
in addition to directoryindex ?

Obviously the arguments to these commands need to be case sensitive when
dealing with file-system, but are the commands _themselves_ c-i?
