I did.  It will be a great module, when it's finished, but a 1.1 release
does mean 'stable' and working.  Should be included in the Makefile file?
As far as I'm concerned no.  We can put it back in there for 1.2b0.  

This is all IMHO, and my $0.02.  I'm not going to bring it up since it 
looks like a sour point.
