This is a throwback to NCSA.  Some people liked to keep information
related to different aspects of the server's operation in different
files.  Apache doesn't care if you use one file or three so you're
able to combine the lot in one file if you want to.  

Use a smaller sig, or tell me where I can get PGP de-armour elm.
