No... it's just that the QUERY_INFO and PATH_INFO supplied to the
script are taken from the original request for the SSI page, which
leaves no room at all for whatever QUERY_INFO or PATH_INFO which may
appear in the <!--#exec--> request itself.  NCSA back-combatibility,
pure and simple.

Invoking the script with <!--#include virtual--> *may* do what you
want, FWIW.
