"The Rock" rocks btw. 

I have silly question... why are we so stingy about upping the version number
of a beta?  Why don't we have 1.1.1  and increase it weekly?  1.1.2, 1.1.3 
all marked as beta.  

Wouldn't this make tracking of bugs easier from release to release?  Instead
of 'this is snapshot taken at 06041996 at 1243 hours.
