Or, if you like:

I just chalk it up under the HPsUX category. All lot of the software I
compile that uses select() gives that warning, including every version
of Apache ever made. For some reason, HP-UX wants int * instead of
fd_set * as the argument, unlike the rest of the civilized
world. *shrug* Still works fine.
