You'd just compile it with SOCKS support after having built a SOCKS lib
from that distribution. -DSOCKS is the added CFLAG. There are docs for this
in the SOCKS distribution, available from

http://www.socks.nec.com/

You don't need a working sockd for this, so it's easy.
