	That's rather nice, what works right now, even, to be able to
bind to the bvputs call, etc.. I personally am not very concerned with
making existing perl scripts work. If you have to do special-perl to
work with Apache, I will be happy, as long as it isn't *difficult* to
convert existing perl into special-perl.
	the tie() idea seems interesting. I'm not much of a perl
person, unfortunately.
