Subject mod_expires & Netscape

Oh joy...

I just plugged in mod_expires.c for a spot of testing and found a
problem.

I set the expiration date to be 400 seconds into the future. Access via
telnet shows something like..

Expires: Wed, 01 May 1996 04:08:22 GMT

which is exactly right (Andy breaths a sigh of relief).

When I look at the document info under Netscape it says...

Expires: 04/29/96 23:08:54

Which is, err, yesterday.

I get this with 2.0 and 3.0b2 under FreeBSD.

Mmm, maybe they're overcompensating for the daylight savings time bug :-)

The format mod_expires.c pumps out matches with the example in the HTTP
spec, so guess who's wrong?

doh!
