Subject veto'able bug
Date Mon, 29 Apr 1996 10:50:47 GMT

I'd like to find the bug that's causing Apache to keep the connection
open when a CGI closes STDOUT and spawns a background process.

I've been using this concept for a long time and have seen that other people
use it too to do all sorts of long running tasks without keeping the
user waiting.

1.1b0a works, 1.1b[1|2] doesn't.

I've diff'ed the two to look for changes to "wait" calls which is
the obvious (for me) place to start... no luck.

How can I track this down?

We can't release 1.1 full in this state.
