I know that... 

I found what the problem was, It seems very strange...  Okay, I have a 
virtual host already looking at 8080... www.qosinet.com which is a 
bogus name, but it is looking at port 8080.... I restarted b2 with a bind 
for 8080,and it accepted it??! And then neither one would answer the
port.... but I can get a connection.  Is this a bug from somewhere?  Should
two processes be able to grab the same port?
