	Netscape Commerce lists Netscape Commerce in their non-SSL
server as well, so it showed up in Netcraft. So I decided that both
the SSL and non-SSL portions of the Apache-SSL-US would say
Apache-SSL-US. Unfortunatley I decided that part before I decided
SERVER_VERSION = Apache-SSL-US (rather than Apache-SSL), so there
is a bit of confusion. =(

	Netcraft should SSLify their counter...
