Replace the "v" in "svbscribe" below with a "u".

I.e. send mail to majordomo@apache.org, with the words "svbscribe 
apache-cvs" in the body of the message.

I have the list of approved posters including the members of new-httpd 
and the list of other approved new-httpd posters, so no one's mail should 
be rejected from the list if they can post here (and paul, I haven't seen 
a bounce of a post to apache-cvs...)
