I reported a problem yesterday with TCP connections
staying open when the server got the the daemons_limit
setting.  I have found that there is a HARD_SERVER_LIMIT
of 150 in the scoreboard.h file.  So the server should
not let you set daemons_limit higher than this.
The config module should probably issue an error
and halt or something, or you should document this!
