So, are we hoping to make Apache a superset of all servers and all config 
files?  Why not just hack up a mod_config_netscape_conf_files.c while 
we're at it?  :) 

Actually, it would be Really Cool if we could have separate mod_configs 
and mod_accesses for different server config files - making it 
*extremely* easy to switch.
