I too would like to know more about the protocol abstraction plans. I've been working linking an implementation of PCT (Private Communication Technology Protocol) into apache (a-la the ApacheSSL implementation), and I've had to do a bit of protocol abstraction code myself. If anyone has done any real work on this yet, or has any thoughs, well, I'm all ears. Any progress been made on this that I might not know of? a-petesk@microsoft.com Pete Skelly
