I've been telling the same thing over and over again, but no one did anything
about it.  I've tried putzing around with the code, to no avail.  IT IS
defenetly with linux, and similar BSD systems, but apache seems to be only one
that has this problem.  NCSA, and others work around it.  I have no idea 
how.
