1.0 will have bugs.  DEAL.  The last bug is squished when the last user 
is dead.  We could sit on 1.0 forever, finding new bugs, arguing over 
whether something one person considers a feature is another person's bug, 
etc, but the fact is, it's out.  There's nothing life-threateningly wrong 
with it.  When there are small problems (like we've seen with mod_cookie 
silently failing), we have a "patches" subdirectory just like software 
companies have when they want to fix some bugs without releasing another 
rev of the whole shebang.
