I was (doh), but I'm not now and it's still unhappy.

CFLAGS=  -DXBITHACK -DDEBUG_CGI

the script in question is:

--- cut here ---
#!/usr/local/bin/perl

#       env.pl
#
#       Andrew Wilson 06.Dec.95

print "Content-type: text/plain\r\n\r\n";

foreach $key ( keys %ENV ) {
        print "\$ENV{$key} = $ENV{$key}\n";
};

exit;
--- cut here ---

Ay.
