These kinds of stats are typical for sites west. They are huge improvements
on my previous measurements on www.apache.org (50-80% loss, typically).

I believe that switching from Sprintlink to MCI would have helped, when
Sprintlink were behaving badly - I never see more than a few percent loss
to Netscape, who connect to MCI.

Perhaps Sprintlink have sorted themselves out? I'll look again during the week
when things are busy...
