If you can get off sprintlink, you're only going to improve
things.

If you do get rid of Sprint, be sure to tell them the reason why.
They're inability to keep a network operational is becoming common
knowledge on the net. I know for a fact that when choosing a provider,
people are now staying clear of sprint, even if they appear to be
offering a faster (when tested) and cheaper service. If you're off
the net for long periods, saving a few $s backfires big time.

There's no question, these people are incompetent. They a US<->UK
link down for 6 months because they configured it incorrectly and
blamed eveyone else for it not working. 
"We're waiting for a part to be delivered" is their usual excuse.
