I've updated the manual; I included a preface, the licence, and fixed
plenty of typos. BTW, the LICENSE has a typo; "IT'S" instead of "ITS".

The new manual is in /export/pub/httpd/manual.tar.gz
manual.ps from that tar file should be included with the source distribution.
