I'll have a look later (I hope).

How about converting it into hyperlinked postscript?
I have all the necessary toys here (hyperlatex and dvihps)

You'll need to include "epilog.tex" in the distribution. It was
missing from our (huge) inputs directory, and a CTAN search fails to find it.

If we don't have it and they don't have it, few people will have it.
