No documentation ANYWHERE on how DBM group files are made, and the 
"dbmmanage.new" script doesn't seem to handle the group files - only the 
password files.  In the meantime, I'm putting in the patch, and I'll let 
you know how it works.  Currently, my userlist is 6042 users.
