Hmm.. I'm not sure what you mean... do you want 0.8.15 to be 1.0?
I'm not even sure if we're going to include the OS/2 stuff.... if that is 
the same, then I'm against going with 1.0.  If we're not I'll consider it... 
but am not crazy about it.
