Subject: ErrorDocument directive definable in .htaccess

Requires: nn.16-bit_mask.0.8.vv.patch
Changelog:
        Made ErrorDocument overridable in .htaccess files.
Comments:
        This patch adds functionality to .htaccess files, which
        lets the files and subdirectories in a given set of pages
        define their own ErrorDocument page/cgi-bin redirects.  The
        syntax of the ErrorDocument is unchanged. eg:

                ErrorDocument 500 /somewhere/special/errors/500.html

        ...will redirect any 500 fails.  Consult existing documentation
        for further uses of this directive.
