One wording quibble --- instead of saying "bare set of modules", it might
be better to say "standard set".  It *is* possible to compile the thing
without SSI, CGI, userdir, etc., and sufficiently paranoid admins might
actually want to do that (if it's not compiled in, it can't screw you);
so, the standard configuration isn't really "bare".

(In fact, you can actually compile it with no modules at all, and it will
function as a web server, albeit an abominably stupid one --- it slaps
DefaultType on everything (lacking mod_mime), knows only DocumentRoot as
a filename translation rule, and has just about no useful access control.
*That's* bare).
