It's a bug, which tries to compensate for an Arena bug... here's
a fix,

BTW, if you put text/html; charset=x-isiri-3342  inside ""s, the
spaces are allowed.

e.g.

AddType "text/html; charset=x-isiri-3342" .isi
)
