Subject Another httpd patch (fwd)

I sent him mail inviting him to look at the most recent shambhala, and 
that we probably wouldn't be able to squeeze it in before the release, 
but that I was excited about it being a part of apache.

Howdy,

  One thing I didn't see in the Apache FAQ was where to send new patches to.
So, I'll point it out to you and hope you can do something with it.

  I've written a server-side include counter patch for NCSA 1.4 and 
Apache 0.6.5. Its currently hiding at "http://www.why.com/herrin/sermod.html". 
I think its rather neat, and should be included in the next release of Apache. 
After you check it out, I think you'll agree.
