My understanding of the XBITHACK functionality, as implemented in 1.3, 
was that to enable it you still set 

AddType text/x-server-parsed-html .html 

in the srm.conf, but only those files with the X bit set are actually 
parsed.  Let me do some checking to verify this... if so, apache acts 
differently, which is bad.
