Not really - some OS's aren't nice enough to tell us who the process's 
parents are (at least not with the standard tools they give, like BSDI), 
and furthermore when a script launched by httpd takes up a lot of CPU, 
top and ps show the httpd child as being the intensive one, not the 
script itself (or so it seems).  Being able to replicate a problem is the 
most difficult part of debugging, and this seems like it would help that 
a lot.  Anyways, I won't fight for it at this stage in the game - it 
would be appropriate for 0.5 or 0.6....
