There have been several requests to NCSA to modify,
combine and customize logging.  It seems that everyone
wants to be able to customize their log output to
get a format just for them.  I'm considering ways to
allow logging to be configurable in future releases
(possibly 1.6, but most likely 2.0).  

What types of changes would you like to the logs?

We're also thinking about adding instrumentation to the
server (ie server response times), what type of stats
would you like to see?
