Log:

Add Covalent FTP example.  The backport from 2.2 auth is mostly
complete, but I don't know if I have the overlay of anonymous and
(file|ldap) completely correct.  The idea is to have anonymous
read-only access, ldap based read-write access with fallback to
file-based if mod_auth_ldap is not loaded.
