Log:
Stop exposing source filenames in the configuration files.

* docs\conf\httpd-win.conf
* docs\conf\httpd-std.conf.in

  Replace all occurences of *.c with *_module within
  IfModule clauses, as pointed out by Paul Querna to
  be possible nowadays.
