Subject cvs commit: httpd-site/xdocs/docs-project translations.xml

  Modified:    xdocs/docs-project translations.xml
  Added german translation to the list of translation projects.
  Sorted the list of translation projects alphabetically by language.
  Added a section with some text and two links to related information
  to make sure, folks read this.
