  Modified: docs/manual/vhosts fd-limits.html.en
  Log:
There's already a program distributed with Apache that does this.
Thanks, Joshua, for pointing this out. Do folks with binary
distributions (RPM or whatever) get this program installed somewhere
  accessible?
