  Log:
  	1. Rename the .tw.Big5 version to .zh.Big5 as it should be;
  	2. Downcase some HTML tags;
  	3. Restore the link to the Apache site to most of the files,
  	   modified to be to the preFAQ page instead of the main one.
  	Still to do: fix the .tw/.zh bit in the default config file, and
  	restore the link in the remaining files.
