I am just as guilty of this as anybody, but can we please try to commit
the CHANGES file at the same time the other files are committed? We keep
seeing a group of commits, and then a commit of the CHANGES file. This
clogs up the e-mail boxes of those of us on the cvs list, and the CHANGES
file is part of the original patch. If we want to back out a patch, we
have to back out both pieces. This would be much easier to keep straight
if it was one commit.
