If you use mod_rewrite, it adds 2 environment variables:
named SCRIPT_URL  and SCRIPT_URI. They contain original uri/url as they were
initially requested: http://httpd.apache.org/docs-2.0/mod/mod_rewrite.html#EnvVar

The bug is, that there is no access to these variables from ASP.NET.

Additionally, some variables have spoiled encoding. It seems that if you have
url with some non-standard characters (encoded using UrlEncode), they are
decoded to UTF-8 and then visible in ASP.NET as ASCI.
