This is a known behaviour, somehow the mod_aspdotnet configures the httpmodule 
section from the web.config twice resulting in this bug.

A workaround is to do a <clear/> in de httpmodule section tag and thus 
removing all configured httpmodules and below that add the ones you need 
(don't forget to check the machine.config that holds the default httpmodules).
