Please open a thread on the users@httpd.apache.org mailing list, this bugzilla
is for reporting bugs only (not for support), there are more evidences of
incorrect building/linking here than an issue in httpd for now.

If this is not the case we'll reopen this ticket, though the version (2.1.11)
is very old now, you'll probably need to reproduce with the latest 2.2.

Also provide more informations on the users@ list, like how you built/linked
httpd and with which openssl (version) on your system, the SSL configuration,
...
