When the user initiate a transaction by clicking on "transmit" button,
webserver access log shows multiple calls for the same single request.

Once the user clicks on Application UI , request will be forwarded to a load
balancer, which will redirect the request to webserver, which will be sent to
application server(websphere) subsequently.


access Log Format:
LogFormat "%h %l %u %t \"%r\" %>s %b %{JSESSIONID}C %v TIME:%D" common 

Example:

Observation: This is happening very rarely and unable to replicate in local
environments.
