Save/restore last request info in/from conn_rec

Maybe we can have the best of the two worlds finally.

This patch saves the informations (namely Request and VHost colomns) of the
last finishing request into the connection structure, and restores them on the
worker slot handling the new request (or more importantly the end of connection
which gave blank values previously).

This requires some more bytes in conn_rec, but avoids mixing and blanks
completely.

Nick, would you test it in your environment? Thanks!
