OK, makes sense now, what you see is not remote IPs accessing *your* /status
page (whatever its name/path is), but some bots (scanner or crawler) trying to
access the default /server-status or /robots.txt.
Even if these requests are finally refused by your configuration, they still
appear in the scoreboard.
You probably should find them in your access log too (as 403 or 404 depending
on your configuration).
