Subject [Bug 56808] 2.4.10 cause httpd.exe to crash

- AH00546: ignore for now
- "Symbol files are not present...": This means that if a crash occurs (not
something indicated in this error log snippet), a backtrace from the crash will
have some invalid function names in it, making it hard to debug.
AH00333, AH00332: setup problem related to sockets when trying to start a new
child process

I need to see more of the error log, such as what happened before this,
timestamps, etc.  You can send it to trawick@gmail.com with subject "PR 56808"
if you can't attach it here.
