When attempting to download Win 32 Apache from the site, (either MSI installer
or zip file) I am redirected to opensourceresources where it fails with both a
forbidden directory error and 404 error.

I then attempted to create a new user account for myself at open source
resources, and saw several error messages.  In addition, never received their
new account authentication e-mail (or any e-mail) it appears some of that
functionality is also broken on their end.

Need Apache so I can build an awesome app and impress my boss.

Please advise.
