             Bug #: 51549
           Summary: acess limit
           Product: Apache httpd-2
           Version: 2.3.12-beta
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: P2
         Component: Core
        AssignedTo: bugs@httpd.apache.org
        ReportedBy: roberto@spadim.com.br
    Classification: Unclassified

hi guys i´m running a web server with some problems...
users at local network can´t stop working
users at internet network can wait

the problem...
internet users using ajax cause a excess of connection and internal users can´t
connect to server:
[Sun Jul 24 09:59:51 2011] [error] server reached MaxClients setting, consider
raising the MaxClients setting

my idea...
today max clients = 100
but i want to have something like
max clients privileged clients = 172.16.0.0/24 = 100
max clients privileged = 80
max clients total = 100

internal clients can be 80
and external clients can be 20

any idea or module that do this?
