I disagree with the resolution of this bug.

The HTTP spec (http://www.w3.org/Protocols/rfc2616/rfc2616-sec10.html#sec10.3)
allows following a redirect *only* with a GET or HEAD. So mod_dir redirecting
an incoming request which is a POST is sure to break the request. Therefore
mod_dir should not redirect POST requests.
